Agreement for Website Development, AZL Flow CRM, Search Engine Optimization & Digital Growth
AZL Marketing will provide the custom website design & development, AZL Flow CRM setup and automations, Local SEO, Google Business Profile management, and analytics services described in the signed proposal.
The total initial project investment of $5,500 (consisting of $3,500 for custom website development and $2,000 for CRM setup and automations) is due upon execution of this agreement prior to project kickoff.
Ongoing services, including AZL Flow CRM Management ($349/month) and Local SEO & Google Business Profile Management ($1,500/month), will commence upon the live launch of the new website.
Annual website hosting ($250/year) covers Cloudflare global CDN delivery, SSL certification, and security monitoring.
CRM messaging, call forwarding, SMS, and email services are provided at transparent wholesale carrier rates without markup. A $10/month usage credit is included for the first 6 months of service.
Ongoing monthly SEO and CRM management services operate on a month-to-month basis following the initial launch. Either party may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing thirty (30) days written notice.
Upon receipt of full payment for all completed project invoices, Balanced Pest Solutions owns all custom website copy, graphics, branding assets, and database records created specifically for the client.
